Payment Policy

Oktra offers 3 payment solutions for purchasing products:

1-      Cash on Delivery

2-      Visa Debit or Credit Cards

3-      Online Bank Deposit

Cash on Delivery:

·        COD services are valid for PKR 100,000/- within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
COD services for other destinations nationwide are valid for PKR 50,000/-

·        If the order amount exceeds the given range the customer may pick the order from the mentioned Courier Center. Details of your order will be communicated to the courier company’s staff.

·        COD services are only available through Paid Swift Shipment service.

Visa Debit or Credit Cards:

·        Payment done via Visa Debit/ Credit cards has no limitation.

·        If customers select this payment method, they can choose any shipping procedure between Swift Shipment or General Courier Shipment. However, charges are associated with Swift Shipment.

At the checkout, the total amount will be mentioned for the purchased product against a specified order number. Deposit the calculated amount and send a clear picture of the transaction slip or the bank slip with the mentioned transaction number should be entered at the checkout of the site.

Oktra will verify the payment from the bank and dispatch your product as requested.

Shipping Policy

Oktra offers 2 standard ways to deliver and ship the products. Customers may select any of the given methods for product shipment:

1-      Swift Shipment – Paid nationwide delivery in 4/5 days 

2-      General Courier Shipment – Paid nationwide delivery in 4/5 days 

Swift Shipment:

·        This service is acceptable with all COD and online (Debit/ Credit card) payment services.

·        Shipment costs will be informed to the client at the time of purchase on our website. The costs might vary depending on the destination of the product.

·        Orders placed after 1PM will be processed and confirmed the following day of when the order was placed.

General Courier Shipment:

·        Customers can only avail general courier shipment if the selected payment methods are via card (Debit/ Credit) or through Bank Deposit.

Return Policy

Oktra is only binding to accept returns if the order was placed via the website www.oktra.pk. If the product is purchased through any other retail store within or outside Pakistan, it will not fall into this category.

Product returns will only be accepted if:

1-      The product is damaged:
At the time of delivery, customer finds damaged items delivered can then contact our services for a return.

2-      The product delivered is incorrect:

If there are any changes or missing items from what the customer had ordered, the order will be applicable for a return.

3-      The product is defective:

If the delivered item does not work according to the functionality described by the company, it is valid for a return.

Valid Return Procedure:

1-      The product is only valid for a return if it is purchased from our website www.oktra.pk

2-      The product condition must fall into the factors described to be valid for a return.

·        If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, it should be handed back to the courier company and should not be accepted by the customer.

·        By signing the receipt given to the customer by the courier service, the customer agrees that the product received is in an excellent condition. However, if the customer finds a fault in any of the ways mentioned above, they are advised not to sign the receipt and send it back to the courier company.

·        Return is valid till 3 days after the product is purchased. All items should be carefully placed back inside the product along with the proof of purchase (transaction receipts and invoices)

·        The customer will have to bear the costs for returning the product.

·        Our technical teams will check the returned items and will reimburse the amount if the product falls into the given categories mentioned above.

·        However, if the returned products are not handled or fall into the given categories, the customers will be informed.

·        Oktra reserve all right to reject any return claim that they find unreasonable.

·        Return policies and warranty services are not applicable over panel breakage, electric spark or burnt product/ wiring.

Q: How do I know if my order has been processed?

A: All customers will receive a confirmation Email.

Q: Is order cancellation valid?

A: Once the orders have been processed and shipped to the customers, cancellation is not possible.

Q: I received a damaged product, will I receive a compensation?

A: Oktra does not provide any compensations to its customers. We do encourage our customers to check and return the product if there are any faults or damages.

Q: What should I do if the received order is damaged?

A: Customers are encouraged to return the product back to the courier company and return the product.

Q: Can customers create a Oktra account for the website?

A: To create an account, customers have to visit the website www.oktra.pk and click on the option ‘Sign Up’ and register using their details. Once the registration process has been verified, your account will be successfully created.

A: Customers are able to:

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: Shipping address can be changed on the checkout page. If you have an alternate shipping address, edit the provided detail and confirm.
